Terminator 5

The terminator movies always scare because, just thinking about how maybe our own creation can kill us. This shows the biggest issue of technology and the future, the fear of it being used to kill people instead of helping. It also shows how we are afraid that maybe one day our own creation will kill us. It also shows the issue of war, but not war with humans against humans instead its between robots and humans. That also scares me because unlike robots humans are a lot more complicated and can't be made to simple kill because we are organisms rather than machines. Though it does show that no matter what happens in the future if dark times do fall upon us, humans almost as instinct drop everyone they had between one another and stand together to fight for one another. Though this shows humans as the victims you have to think about it, they are not really the victims because they sadly brought this upon themselves. I'm not saying that they should die or anything around that nature, but I do believe as humans we do set our selves up for things like this. That we feel we are to invincible sometimes and that in the future it might come back to haunt us in a very negative way. Especially with technology, we are always exploring what we can push and how much father we can get and in how little time. Humans just have this nature of always wanting more, and I feel like it will ruin us in the future or just set us back from where we have been like in the terminator movies. Though I hope we realize this soon enough, that we are not almighty and that humans can easily fall from any situation especially from technology if it gets so advances. I think that what they wanted viewers to see and fear, because it is a common fear that we will become to dependent on technology that it will eventually hurt us in the end. That humans need to rely on themselves and their skills rather than focus so much on what technology can do faster. In most works of literature or art about the future, usually technology is always an issue in some way, shape or form.
